Here are some indications why you should consult a physiotherapy professional: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You experience unusual pain after practicing an activity (shoveling or gardening, for example) or sport, and the pain doesn&#8217;t subside with rest and ice, or gets worse.<\/li><li>You are experiencing a loss of strength and mobility following surgery, difficulty going up or down stairs, lifting your arms to do your hair, bending over to empty the dishwasher, and so on.<\/li><li>You experience stiffness or ankylosis following immobilization (wearing a cast or splint).<\/li><li>You suffer from muscular tension in the neck area, which can cause headaches, pain and stiffness.<\/li><li>You live with chronic lower back pain.<\/li><li>You have what&#8217;s called irradiated pain, which runs from your neck to your fingertips (cervico-brachialgia) or from your lower back to your foot (sciaticgia).<\/li><li>You&#8217;ve just suffered a sprain (ankle, knee, wrist, etc.).<\/li><li>And many more&#8230;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>If you have any of these conditions, you can consult a physiotherapist directly without a doctor&#8217;s prescription. The physiotherapist will assess your condition and work with you to draw up an appropriate treatment plan.
